Yes, absolutely — your dog will have an individually tailored daily routine without the company of other dogs.

  • We accept dogs from 4 months of age.
  • We accept dogs that do not show aggression toward people.
  • Female dogs in heat are not accepted.
  • Dogs with cropped ears or docked tails are not accepted, except in exceptional cases, such as rescue or shelter dogs that were already cropped or docked.
  • Dogs must have flea and tick preventive protection.
  • Each dog must have a microchip and valid vaccinations against rabies and core viral diseases. We also recommend vaccination against kennel cough.

We recommend bringing all essential items that will help make your dog’s stay as comfortable and home-like as possible — such as a dog bed, food, toys, favorite treats, and similar belongings.

It is possible depending on availability. Drop-off and pick-up outside working hours is available for an additional €30. Please remember to inform us about this when booking.

During their stay, you will receive daily photo and video updates, allowing you to follow your pet’s well-being, activities, and how they are adjusting to the environment.

Before booking a stay at our hotel, we recommend visiting our center together with your dog. This will give you an opportunity to get familiar with the environment, our team, and the daily activities of the facility.
We also suggest a trial day at our daycare before the first boarding stay, so your dog can calmly get used to the new environment and feel more confident during their stay.

For training classes, we recommend bringing a standard leash that is 1.5–3 metres long. It allows for clear communication with your dog, provides better control, and helps the learning process progress more effectively.

Flexi (retractable) leashes are not suitable for training because they:

  • constantly maintain tension, making it difficult to teach your dog to walk on a loose leash;
  • make precise communication with your dog more challenging;
  • may pose a safety risk to other people and dogs during group classes.

If you currently only have a Flexi leash, we recommend purchasing a standard fabric or rubber-coated leash before your first training session.

We recommend not feeding your dog before the training session that day, or feeding a smaller portion. This will help increase your dog’s motivation to work, improve focus, and make the learning process more effective.

Please make sure to bring small, high-value treats or food to the training session. The best options include:

  • Boiled chicken;
  • Freeze-dried treats;
  • Other soft treats your dog loves;
  • Your dog’s regular daily food.

Treats should be small so that your dog can eat them quickly and continue working without unnecessary breaks.

The more valuable the reward is for your dog, the greater their motivation to learn. If a dog is full before training, they often lose interest in cooperating, making the training process much more challenging.

If your dog enjoys playing, we highly recommend bringing their favourite toy. For many dogs, play is just as rewarding – and sometimes even more rewarding – than treats.

A toy not only helps reward your dog for completing tasks correctly but also increases motivation, maintains focus, and makes the learning process more enjoyable.

It is important that this is a special toy that your dog only gets during training sessions or on very rare occasions. This keeps its value high and makes your dog even more motivated to work.

Yes, we actually recommend that all family members who interact with the dog on a daily basis participate in training sessions. It is not only the dog who is being trained – owners learn too.

When all family members use the same commands, rules, and reward-based training principles, it becomes much clearer for the dog what is expected. This helps prevent confusion and allows for faster, more effective results.

If several people walk or care for the dog, it is important that everyone knows how to work with the dog correctly and follows the same methods not only during training sessions but also in everyday situations.

A standard collar is the best choice for training sessions.

If you are unsure what to choose, simply bring the equipment you use every day. During the session, we will assess whether it is suitable for your dog and, if needed, advise you on what could be improved or changed.

If your dog reacts aggressively or very intensely towards other dogs, we recommend starting with individual training sessions first.

During individual sessions, we can calmly assess the situation, identify the reasons behind the behaviour, and create the most suitable training plan for your dog. Working without other dogs and additional distractions allows your dog to learn how to stay calm, focus, and process new information more effectively.

Once sufficient progress has been made and your dog learns to respond more calmly around other dogs, it is possible to safely transition to group training classes. This is a great opportunity to reinforce learned skills in a real-life environment while practising how to work calmly alongside other dogs.
